Collection of personal information
The Company shall collect personal information in a fair and lawful manner.
 

Public announcement and notification of purposes of use of personal information
The Company shall, in principle, notify Information Subjects of the purposes of use of their personal information before collecting such information.
 

Use of personal information
The Company shall use personal information within the scope of purpose of use set forth in the Appendix below, and shall not provide personal information to any third party in Japan or any foreign country without prior consent of the relevant Information Subjects.
 

Sharing of personal information
The Company shares customers' personal information, including names, company names, departments, and contact details, with its group companies for the purpose of introducing products and services of the Company and its group companies, providing various information, and conducting marketing activities. The Company will respond to requests from customers for disclosure and other handling of the shared personal information as well as their complaints regarding such information. The Company is also entitled to disclose, correct, or suspend the use of the shared personal information and shall be responsible for its proper management, including security protection.
 

Security protection for personal information
The Company shall endeavor to keep personal information accurate and up-to-date to the extent necessary to achieve the purposes of use. The Company shall also take necessary and appropriate security measures to protect personal information from leakage, loss or damage.
 

Supervision of outsourcing contractors
The Company may outsource the processing of personal information to a third party contractor. In such case, the Company shall select an appropriate contractor and properly supervise the contractor to ensure the security of the personal information outsourced to the contractor.
 

Disclosure and other handling of personal information
The Company shall faithfully respond to requests from Information Subjects, regarding their personal information held by the Company, for notification of the purposes of use, disclosure, correction/addition/removal of content, suspension of use, deletion, or suspension of provision to a third party (“disclosure and other handling”), in accordance with applicable laws and regulations as well as the Company’s internal rules and operational guidelines for personal information protection.

The Company has set up the following contact point to faithfully respond to requests from Information Subjects for disclosure and other handling of personal information held by the Company or their complaints regarding such information.

Manager for personal information protection
The General Manager of General Department of the Company shall be responsible for and supervise the Company’s information management to properly manage personal information.
 

Establishment of rules for personal information protection
The Company shall formulate rules and operational guidelines for personal information protection to implement this Privacy Policy, and shall ensure that its directors, auditors and employees fully understand and implement the Policy and the rules and guidelines. The Company shall also audit the status of implementation, as appropriate, to take necessary actions to remedy identified issues of concern.
 

Education and training programs
The Company shall exercise necessary and appropriate supervision over its employees to ensure the security of personal information. To properly manage personal information, the Company shall provide its directors, auditors and employees with education and training programs regarding this Privacy Policy and the rules and operational guidelines for personal information protection.
 

Compliance with laws and regulations
The Company shall comply with the Act on the Protection of Personal Information and other applicable laws and regulations in order to protect personal information.
